Nathan and I will be holding the 2 new single family homes at Majestic Oak open tomorrow afternoon, Sunday, August 12 from 1-4pm.
We were able to secure the permit from Arlington County for Washington Gas so that they could dig up the street a bit and connect the gas allowing for a nearer term to receive our Residential Use Permit. We have been patiently waiting for some time to get this certificate which will then allow us to market these two homes with a lockbox. We hope to provide this easy access by the end of next week!
Also, more exciting news, we are going to be assuming all the listings for Courtland Homes next week. We are really looking forward for this opportunity to collaborate with the Northern Virginia's best builder and market all of their homes. We thank them for this incredible opportunity!
